I received some questions about the Group Resonanc I received some questions about the Group Resonance Repatterning Session next Tuesday and how that works. Maybe you feel stressed out about a family situation or a work situation and others in the call, as well. But you realize that the belief below the stress could be: "Nobody is listening to me". Or another example would be: you know in your head it would be good for you to exercise, but you don't do it. Your system doesn't resonate with exercise at this time because you feel too stressed. Maybe you resist seeing your family because you fear that family members could judge you, or you are feeling lonely at Christmas. Whatever your stressors are, it is very healing in a group session, to see that you are not alone. Also, your consciousness will raise to the underlying beliefs and we will shift those stressful beliefs together in the group Resonance Repatterning Session. You don't need to know your underlying beliefs. I will lead you through the session and you only talk about your stories as much as you are feeling comfortable. Usually, the group, which comes together for such a session is optimum put together to facilitate the biggest possible positive shift for the group and individually. How about if you felt at ease and at peace during this time leading up to Christmas? How about looking forward to seeing your family or your community and feeling nourished and happy during the festive time? Why I am investing so much time into holistic heal Why I am investing so much time into holistic healing: I believe that everyone can heal. It just needs the decision of my clients to want to change something. Sometimes healing occurs in unexpected ways, as body mind and soul are connected. They suddenly act differently in life situations as they would normally do. Coming from a new found place of coherence. Or a chronic disease softens, and a few percentage less can mean a lot to someone, or you suddenly have peace of mind about a situation that was driving you crazy before. Have you ever thought about, what motivates you fr Have you ever thought about, what motivates you from deeply inside to get up and moving? These are aspirations for your life, deep seated desires from within your heart. Usually you have one of those for a long enough time (I am talking more of years than of months). Make sure that this goal or aspiration is something that benefits the whole and when this would be fulfilled it would make you happier and everyone else around you. The universe will support those aspirations that benefit the whole. Usually people come to my healing sessions as their aspiration doesn’t manifest right away. They need to remove some blockages inside of themselves first. They need to become this person first, who can embody the new version of themselves. So any deep desire from your heart also guides you where internal change needs to happen. Knowing this, you can already experience this deep connection with Self and inner peace on your journey towards what you are wishing for. By instilling this wish in your heart your higher self gives you a roadmap at the same time where your inner work and outer skills need to be focused on. Each emotional pattern that hinders you yet, to achieve that something will become a point of celebration once you understood it and brought consciousness into it. Then you can change it. If you fulfill one of those aspirations, and I am talking of usually the one thing, that is your driving force and it is aligned with your higher self, it is important, to take time to acknowledge what manifested in your life and be so grateful for this.
