This weekend I was at the LebensTransfer seminar in Aidlingen in Germany and, as always, I came back inspired and fulfilled. We learnt new methods that I use to regulate not only my clients, but also myself and my family. And on a level that I have previously been able to address and bring back into flow in the healings via Zoom, but not yet with the remote treatment methods from biophysical medicine and LebensTransfer: the flow of blood and Qi (life energy) from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
When chakras and meridians are in balance and the flow of blood and Qi is restored, many things become easier again and there is room for movement and clarity.
The energy body consists of chakras (energy centres) and meridians (energy pathways in which the Qi flows through the body. In TCM, ‘stagnation’ means that the flow stops. Blood and Qi no longer flow freely, which affects both our body and our consciousness. Causes can be: trauma, operations, cold, exhaustion, burnout, emotional overload or protracted illnesses such as Long Covid.
