Welcome to my Practice for Holistic Healing and Transformation

My name is Sandra Gross, and I work as a spiritual healer, Resonance Repatterning Practitioner, and medium in Zurich. I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to supporting your health and addressing your concerns.

I hold a doctorate in business technology with over 20 years of experience in process management and, at the same time, I am a spiritual healer, medium, and yoga teacher. For more than 17 years, I have been supporting people on their journey toward holistic healing and transformation.

In my work, I combine my analytical thinking and structured approach from business technology with my intuition and energetic healing practices. This unique combination allows me to guide you with clarity, depth, and a holistic perspective.

My approach

My goal is to support you to regain your inner balance, sense of harmony and inner peace. Together, we will work on transforming limiting beliefs and aligning you with positive, supportive beliefs. I use a variety of healing modalities tailored to your unique situation, supporting your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I offer sessions in person in Zurich, online via Zoom or phone, and through distance healing. If you’re unsure which of my services is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out, and we will find the best option for your needs together. In addition to individual sessions and programs, I offer group sessions and spiritual seminars based on the principles of healing, both locally and internationally.

Please note that I am not a medical doctor and have no formal training in traditional medicine. My services are not covered by health insurance.

My healing modalities provide a holistic approach to transformation and well-being, addressing all key aspects of healing: spiritually, emotionally and physically. Together, we will also explore the emotional causes behind your concerns and define what action steps you want to take in your life. By taking one step at a time, you can become free from attachments and can move toward pursuing your heart’s desire. You have it within you to take charge of your own health, thoughts, feelings and actions. This will allow you to step into your original power and happiness. We will make sure that you also resonate with your next action steps to create sustainable results for your life.

My Journey

After an intensive doctorate in business technology, I discovered the transformative power of holistic methods during a yoga retreat in the Bahamas in 2006. My visits to the ashram of my spiritual teacher, Sathya Sai Baba, in India deepened my understanding of spiritual principles and healing.

While pursuing my career in business technology, I trained in various healing methods, including Malcolm S. Southwood’s healing therapy, Resonance Repatterning, Metatron Colour Healing, Biofeldtest, LebensTransfer, and Sanjeevini Healing. Parallel my psychic and mediumistic abilities developed even further and I took formal trainings in evidential mediumship. This journey not only brought me greater happiness and health but also gave me the courage to follow my true calling.
