Come and join the Parents & Kids Yoga Workshop
Saturday, 05.09.2015 from 2pm – 3:30pm at YogaNation, Seefeldstrasse 7a, 8008 Zürich
Come with your whole family and spend a lovely afternoon together with yoga, chanting, simple meditation, breathing and relaxation.
Have a lot of fun and do yoga with your kids together. You learn poses, that you can do in pairs, on your own or with more people together. They are easy to do at home, too.
Benefits of the workshop for the family:
- You have fun and explore yoga together, some postures will be on your own, some in pairs or groups
- Connect to your child in a different, new way
- Your child learns yoga, relaxation and a playful way of moving and relaxing at an early age
- Everything we do in the workshop you can also do with your child at home
Price: CHF 50 for the whole family.
