Detox the body for greater health and well being according to the Detox The World – Principles by Natalia Rose: Cleansing in a thoughtful and yet effective way for greater health and well-being. Principles include: Proper food combining, eating order throughout the day, juicing, healthy exercise, water-contents of food, enemas and colon hydrotherapy.

The human being consists of more than one body, the physical body. This course also dives deeply into the other koshas as well: Koshas are sheaths covering the inner Self. They are the physical body, the energetic/emotional body, the mental body, the wisdom body and the bliss body. All are interconnected. You learn how cleansing the physical body also makes you emotionally and mentally stronger and clearer resulting in an experience of greater inner peace.

Participants also learn how to overcome addictions to food substances. By supporting the detox process emotionally and mentally, you will begin to experience this as a spiritual process, which leads you to greater trust and ease in life.

The program is meant for a gentle, long-term cleansing. However, for those who want to go deeper and are already more experienced cleansers, there will be an option to specifically focus on the reduction of yeast & fungus in your system. You will learn the tools and already experience their effectiveness during February to reduce weight, if wanted, get a healthier skin, better digestion and gain higher levels of energy and vitality. 

Plenty of room for answering your questions and to share experiences, as you are comfortable, during the gentle adjustment of your lifestyle. A reduced rate is being offered for individual consultations during this month. And you are free to share your questions and concerns with me individually.

The program curriculum is as follows:

Week 1: Greater clarity and confidence.

  • Exploring the motivation and vision behind the cleanse
  • What are toxicity and detoxification on a physical level?
  • What is life force energy (Prana) and how does Prana energize you?
  • What are the principles for a healthy diet?

 Week 2: Greater flow and ease.

  • Exploring the motivation and benefits of using detoxification tools
  • How to apply the detoxification tools in the most effective way
  • The Principles of Prana-enhancing exercise
  • How to put everything together: diet, detoxification tools and exercise during one day, one week and one month

 Week 3: Greater freedom and guidance.

  • How to reduce and finally overcome addictions to acidic substances
  • The reasons behind erratic eating patterns: childhood traumas, stress-relieving habits or subduing your inner voice. We will address how to effectively master these instigators.
  • How to deal with closest friends, society and people in your working environment when engaging in a new lifestyle
  • Connecting with your Higher Self/Consciousness for guidance and unconditional love during the process

 Week 4: Greater peace and balance.

  • What are different causes of dis-eases on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels?
  • What are the physical causes of diseases in general, for some specific diseases and chronic illnesses and how to reduce or reverse them?
  • What are the effects for you when you cleanse your cells on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level?
  • How to raise consciousness on each of these levels and proceed the cleansing process holistically from a balanced place?

This is how the course works:

  • When you sign up you can choose between German and English.
  • Once you register for your course, you will receive a welcome email, together with some ideas
    and useful tips to help you prepare for the course in Feb 2014.
  • Beginning 1st of February you receive weekly an audio file of at least 60 minutes, a handout and some gentle assignments for the week. These are what you focus on and apply during the week.
  • You email me any questions that you have about the first week’s lecture.  I collect all of them and record the questions and answers in a second audio file which is shared with the group. The person posing the question remains anonymous (unless he or she is fine with being mentioned in the audio by first name).
  • You will receive 4 pre-recorded audio files including handouts and the 4 additional recorded audio files, which I record during the 4 weeks which contain your questions and shared experiences.
  • The themes for the 4 teleclasses are set according to the detailed curriculum lined out above. The other 4 sessions are depending on your interest, where you want to dive deeper and guided by the questions and experiences you send to me.
  • You will have the files to refer to anytime.


  • For the complete course which contains 8 recorded lectures plus materials,  you pay CHF 176. You can pay once or split it into two payments.
  • Course members pay only 80 CHF for an individual 60 minute consultation via Skype, instead of the regular price of 150 CHF.

The program can be booked individually and as an addition to the 1-day detox seminar in Zürich. For those, who are already applying the principles of the courses in their daily lives you will gain some extra tips.
