Join me for a special yoga class on Monday, June 10, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at St. Jakob at Stauffacher in Zürich with OpenYoga: https://openyoga.ch/. This session is designed to provide a rejuvenating break from your routine, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and revitalization as we delve into the serene practice of yoga together. 

About the class

The theme of the class will be peace. We will start with inner peace with yourself and will balance ourselves with a calming and rejuvenating yoga session. We will cover essential yoga postures and breathing techniques that are perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. This short, but impactful class is tailored to fit into your busy schedule, ensuring you leave feeling centered and energized. We will finish the class with a led active heart chakra meditation that creates balance in your heart and in which you can send peace to others.

Location and Atmosphere

OpenYoga at St. Jakob is for everyone. Please arrive before 7pm as we start at the hour with the ringing of the bells of the church on the mat.

How to Register

Just come along. No registration in advance necessary. The session is 15 CHF.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and movement
  • A yoga mat (if you have one; otherwise we also have mats in the church)
  • A cushion to sit on for the beginning, or a blanket for Shavasana, if this is more comfortable for you

I am looking forward to guiding you through this experience and sharing the heart chakra meditation in the end of the session for peace, joy and happiness that is so easy to do that you will be able to do at on your own, with your friends or with your family at home afterwards. I am grateful that I learned this wonderful meditation at a powerful spiritual retreat.
