Ongoing: The Course in Miracles Meditation & Study Circle

“The Truth has to be both known and experienced.” —Sathya Sai Baba

The Meditation & Study Circle based on the Course of Miracles

The Meditation & Study Circle supports its members in their self-study and application of the Course in Miracles. The Course and the meditations that we do are designed to re-train the mind to be happy. The Course is about how to step into the calm, happy space within you in your daily life1.

This meditation circle is for everyone, who is doing the workbook lessons of the Course daily on his/her own. We come together with the group and reflect, meditate, share and study twice a month. All you need is the book “A Course in Miracles” and you will receive additional material from me to make the beginning easier for you, if you are not already practicing the Course.

What you can expect

  • Start up of the circle with mediations, chants and prayers
  • Text study from the Course and other spiritual texts as well as practical exercises
  • Sharing of individual responses & group dialogue
  • Guided meditation
  • Closing the circle with meditations, chants and prayers

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of a month. We started in December 2014 and you are welcome to join us any time. Please email me for the exact dates and location.

It is CHF 25 per evening.

“It is not just reading books. Circle, study circle means taking a point and each person discussing what is the meaning of the point to them—like a round table conference. Each person gives his point of view, and finally values are derived from this. If there is just reading, there is doubt, but if each one gives his view, doubts will be answered. The topic is viewed; the study circle looks at different facets. It is like a diamond with its different facets, but there is one facet that is flat, the top facet, and from this all can be viewed. To discover the top facet is the task [purpose] of study circle”. – Sathya Sai Baba
